Steph will be on stage on Saturday at 12.15 the tile of her session is “Transforming the sleeping giant” and there will be an opportunity for a Q&A at the end of the session.
Steph joined Subway over 2 years ago heading up the Development and Leasing team and she has been pivotal to the transformation that has already taken place. Steph and the UK leadership team are on a mission to build a better Subway for it’s guests and franchisees.
Subway achieved its ninth consecutive quarter of positive sales in the first quarter of 2023. The QSR brand enjoyed positive traffic and double-digit growth in global same-store sales and credited the growth to menu innovation, modernization efforts and improvements to the overall guest experience.
