Subway has strengthened its UK & Ireland team with the appointment of Paul Rogers as Head of Projects for the Development & Leasing team.
As former Director of Property & Estates for Roadchef and prior as Head of New Store Concepts for Costa Coffee, he brings over 20 years of property development experience within the retail, F&B and hospitality sector.
As part of the Development & Leasing team, Paul will be identifying new restaurant designs and opportunities that elevate Subway restaurants, ensuring all restaurants are operationally excellent, optimal and future-proofed. A key area he is already working on is the development and rollout of Digital Kiosks in Subway restaurants.
