It’s time to get to know each other during this mutual discovery process. Connect with an experienced member of the Subway Franchise team so we complete the due diligence process together before you submit your formal application and Business Plan.
Time to select restaurant locations & funding
Work with our site team to identify potential locations for Subway restaurants that work best for your franchise portfolio and review any resales in your desired location. At this stage you would be required to disclose your funding proposal based on the location you are proceeding with.
Congratulations! It’s Official
After successfully completing your candidacy process, you are awarded your Subway franchise. Now onto the legal bit, you will be issued a copy of our agreement to review and sign.
Then we will toast to the future and to building a great partnership together.
Build out your restaurants
Whether accruing, remodelling, or building new restaurants, you will work with our seasoned design and construction team to give your location the latest modern décor – Fresh Forward
Training is Key
You and your management team will attend three weeks of training which is a combination of face to face and online training. You will have access University of Subway, which is our bespoke online training platform, so you deliver excellent guest experience, every time.
It’s opening day
Cut that ribbon and welcome guests to your Subway store.
