All new Subway franchise partners take part in a three-week franchise partner training, two weeks of which are completed as intensive training in a regional, certified training restaurant.

With the University of SUBWAY – a comprehensive e-learning system – all employees of the franchisee have access which houses all the Subway resources, making it easy to track your teams training.

Here at Subway we partner with IPC Europe, the “Independent Purchasing Company”, who are a non-profit purchasing association supported by the franchise partners. IPC is the one stop shop for all things Subway and their role is to negotiates conditions on a European basis and ensures a purchase of goods for franchisees on a best price basis.

It therefore organises the uniform procurement of Subway approved goods and provides the franchise partners with the supply channels.

A Subway® franchise agreement has a term of 20 years.
